The Flying Bee
Hi Everyone,
I went on a trail ride this morning on the mountains at the Flying Bee. These pics don’t do the ranch justice, but you can get an idea of just how beautiful it is.
They’ve had a lot more rain this year and everything is green and the cattle are fat.
Rattlesnakes are everywhere–we saw four on the ride this morning. You just go around them and leave them alone. The horses are very calm and don’t spook unless they step over one.
We’re supposed to ride north tomorrow toward Minitare Lake and will camping be there. I’ll be sorry to leave the Flying Bee, but the next place may be just as
pretty.
