ann turnerI have been with horses all my life, and I have also been a spiritual person all my life.  I was reading Dr. Wayne Dyer’s book “the Wisdom of the Tao” and I decided it would be a good idea to relate spiritual principles to the way we handle our horses, and the way we live our lives.  The two are inextricable, as who we are decides how we think, feel and process information, and that in turn translates into our horse handling abilities.  That is how this book was born.  It’s a kind of a “connect the dots” manual, as it’s surprising how many people do not see how their personality affects their relationship with their horse, so they get frustrated and more often than not, blame the horse.  My journey into the Spirituality of listening to my intuition and becoming a self-actualized individual, began many years ago, and continues today, as I am always learning and growing.  I hope to pass this message on to others, to open hearts and minds to more possibilities than they ever could have imagined.  Through deepening the relationship with ourselves, and with our animals, we can change the world one person at a time.  I really do feel the connection to all life, I am one with the Universe and my horse.  I see horses as “people in a horse suit” and so with that in mind, I cannot do anything to an animal that I would not like done to me.  It’s that simple, and it has profoundly changed my life. Welcome to the Journey!
